There will be a 3 day ballet intensive with instructor Rosie Carnes at the Gilbert Dance Studio. The dates for this class will be Monday (July 19), Wednesday (21) and Friday (23). The classes will take place from 9am until noon.
Included in this 3 day class will be strength training, ballet, choreography, and imporvistation.
Attire: Wear black leotard, pink tights, and ballet shoes, with hair securely tied in a bun.
Remember to bring a water bottle and towel.
You must register by Friday, July 16.

Fall 2010 Registration and 2010 Recital DVDs
Starting THIS WEDNESDAY, July 14, you can begin registering for Fall 2010 Dance!
Registration will be this Wednesday, as well as next Monday (July 19) and Wednesday (July 21) from 4pm - 8pm at the Gilbert Dance Studio. There will be a $25 Registration Fee, one per family.
Also, the 2010 Let the Beat Rock Dance Recital DVDs will be available for pick up STARTING this WEDNESDAY during registration times! So if you ordered a DVD, starting this Wednesday please come by the studio during registration times to pick it up!

Peach Festival - July 3rd!
Summer Dance at the studio has already been lots of fun! The 3-week Sessions have been such a joy, and this week is our very first dance camp! Come join in the dance...it is never too late! This coming Saturday, July 3rd the Gilbert Studio of Dance Arts will be in the Peach Festival once again! We will be in the parade on a float and much more! Come support your favorite dancers this weekend!!!

- $75 per week for camper
- One time $20 summer registration fee (includes t-shirt)
- *Early drop-off/late pick-up is $25/week (bring a bag lunch)
*Please Note: An additional fee applies if late pick-up is after 6 p.m.

Upcoming Events and Other Important Information
Summer Dance/Performing Arts Camp
1 week classes, offered all summer. There is an Enrollment Form that must be filled out in order to participate in these camps. For dates, times, other details, and the Enrollment Form, please follow this link.
Studio Closed
The studio will be closed on the following dates: Good Friday (April 2nd) and Spring Break (5th - 9th). Classes will resume on Monday, April 12th.
Hip-Hop Classes
We have 6 week kids and teen/adult level Hip-Hop classes beginning April 14th. If interested, please see the front desk by April 2nd to sign up.
Costumes
ALL outstanding balances are due. Costumes will not be distributed if you have a past due tuition or costume balance.
Pictures
Pictures have been scheduled for May 3rd, 4th and 5th at the studio. Times TBA.
Recital Fee Due By April 15th
A $40/family recital fee is due April 15th. This includes unlimited guests and trophy.
Rehearsal
Rehearsal for the 2010 recital will be Friday, May 21st at the B&L Fine Arts Center. Times TBA.
Recital
The 2010 recital will be Saturday, May 22nd at B&L Fine Arts Center. Times TBA.
*For your convenience, the studio will remain open until 6pm for after school care, May24th-28th and June 1st-3rd. Cost is $10/day; $5 snack card required.
